Wolf Lake Boardwalk

Challenge

The Port Authority needed to connect previously inaccessible areas of a major park to trail users.

Solution

A precast concrete boardwalk was constructed across Wolf Lake. The structure provides panoramic vistas of the lake as well as an adjacent marsh, and still provides boat access to all areas of the lake. Extensions to the existing trail system were also created to provide easier access to other areas of the park.
