Challenge
A busy urban state trunk highway, carrying more than 40,000 vehicles per day, needed to be revamped to accommodate a variety of context zones and a diverse set of user groups with different needs.
Solution
The SEH team developed a complete multimodal plan with improved bicycle and pedestrian enhancements, safety and ADA improvements, and contextually-appropriate corridor treatments.
