Employee-Owners Elect Two Members to SEH Board of Directors

SEH named two Board members at their 2021 Annual Meeting held October 28.

The SEH Shareholders and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) members elected incumbent Paul Wells and newly elected Matt Bolf to serve on the SEH Board of Directors.

Matt Bolf is a principal and senior professional engineer* and leads SEH’s civil engineering operations in Duluth, Minnesota. He joined SEH in 2000 and recently served as Secretary of the Board. Matt also served a three-year term as an ESOP Trustee, which serves a critical function to represent the interest of SEH ESOP participants.

Paul Wells (incumbent) is a principal and regional leader in Colorado and Wyoming. He joined SEH in 2013 and has learned over the bulk of his 25+ years the importance of relationship building and partnerships with teammates and clients. Before serving on the Board of Directors, Paul served as the Secretary of the Board and the Board of Directors Audit Committee.

The SEH Board of Directors consists of nine directors serving a three-year term and provides strategy, policy and approves general business practice guidelines to the Corporation and its officers.
