The Act: Dan led the investigation, implementation, and training of ESRI ArcGIS 3D technology at SEH, significantly enhancing our project capabilities. His commitment and knowledge were essential in assisting a regional practice, resolving challenges, and ensuring successful implementation. The new technology is far superior in visualizing thousands of underground datasets that were previously in 2D. Additionally, Dan was able to publish GIS data to web applications so clients and project team members could access and visualize data without needing a software license. The adoption of this technology was possible with Dan’s involvement.

The Act: Suzie tirelessly supports our regional project managers to help ensure the smooth continuation of their projects, which has significantly contributed to maintaining accurate project percentages, revenue tracking, and timely invoicing. She consistently retains a positive attitude, always greeting team members with a smile during project discussions. She diligently sets up new projects and amendments, promptly informs project managers of budget issues, and proactively follows up on outstanding invoices to help secure timely payments. Her dedication and exceptional performance are truly fantastic!

The Act: Carolina, Marcus, and David provided essential support during a recent submittal for a regional client. A quick turnaround on a design deliverable was needed to assist the client’s efforts with important meetings in Washington, D.C., aiming to secure federal grant funding for their project. Our team worked diligently and effectively, providing enough materials and exceeding our usual design standards to impress those reviewing the project. They stayed long after standard business hours on a Friday to deliver an exceptional level of client care.
