SEH Joins Forces With RW Management Group

SEH and nationally recognized public safety consultants RW Management Group, Inc., have signed an exclusive teaming agreement to provide a range of services to local communities.

“Together, SEH and RW Management Group bring an unmatched level of expertise to address facility, organizational and operational challenges of public safety agencies throughout the U.S.,” says SEH Associate Trevor Frank. “Public safety is a highly-specialized market. The agreement between our firms allows us to leverage the unique knowledge of our design team, and the staff at RW who currently work in public safety leadership roles for their clients.”

SEH’s architectural team has developed a strong market niche in designing fire stations, public safety buildings and combined use public facilities throughout the Midwest. In November, three Wisconsin fire stations designed by SEH were recognized by the national trade publication Fire Chief magazine for outstanding design.

Menasha, Wis.-based RW Management Group provides public safety consulting. In addition, the firm offers contract municipal management services, labor negotiations, operational assessments and other related services to municipal organizations throughout the U.S.

Firm founder and president Jeffrey Roemer has an extensive background in public safety , including serving as fire chief for the city of Menasha and public safety director for the village of Allouez in northeast Wisconsin. He has held leadership roles in nearly all facets of public safety, including police, firefighting and emergency medical services. Roemer is currently the interim fire chief for the city of Green Bay, Wis.

Ed Henschel is a senior manager with RW Management, and is the Executive Director of the Wisconsin City/County Management Association, a trade organization for administrators from counties, cities, villages and towns throughout the state. He has 27 years of experience as a municipal manager and administrator in communities throughout Wisconsin and Michigan.
